Heart of Sympathy is a youth-led non-profit organization founded in 2023 by high school students with the goal of bridging the gap to the future for those in need. We are dedicated to uplifting vulnerable families in Rwanda. We focus on empowering children through education and improving the health and nutrition of underprivileged families and patients in public hospitals.

Our Team
Chief Executive Director
Manasse leads the organization's strategy and long-term direction, working closely with local district leaders in Kicukiro, Bugesera, Nyarugenge, and Gasabo to identify families in need and guide the charity's growth. He oversees partnerships, fundraising efforts, and the overall direction of the organization's programs.
Managing Director
Anita manages the day-to-day running of the charity's programs, coordinating tuition payments, health insurance enrollment, and family support for each of the 15 students currently in the program. She works directly with schools and families to make sure support reaches the people who need it, without delay or gaps.
Legal Advisor
Sarah provides legal guidance across the organization's operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and helping structure agreements with schools, healthcare providers, and district partners. She works to protect both the charity and the families it supports, so every partnership is built on clear, fair terms.
